Asloob ul Hayat is expanding its operations to support major community and Islamic educational events. Building upon our core foundation of website management and data architecture, we are now providing full-scale digital coverage, social media management, and live technical support for the upcoming Khatm-e-Nabuwat Conference on September 17, 2026.

The doctrine of Khatam-e-Nabuwat—the absolute finality of the Prophethood of Muhammad (PBUH)—is a foundational cornerstone of the Islamic faith. Our mission for this project is to ensure the conference’s message, live coverage, and educational resources reach a global audience with clarity, technical excellence, and complete transparency.

Global Digital Reach: Amplify conference awareness through optimized search engine presence and active social media channels.
Streamlined Information Architecture: Organize, upload, and maintain conference schedules, speaker details, and media content seamlessly.
Youth & Skill Empowerment: Provide passionate individuals an opportunity to utilize their digital skills for a noble cause while building their professional portfolios.

🤝 Open Volunteer Positions & Responsibilities

We are currently onboarding remote and hybrid volunteers across five specialized tracks.

Role	Primary Responsibilities	Key Skills Needed
Data Entry Helper	Gather, verify, and organize conference schedules, speaker bios, and participant lists.	Attention to detail, MS Excel/Google Sheets, fast typing.
Data Uploader	Upload structured content, media files, and documents directly to the Asloob ul Hayat platform.	Basic CMS knowledge, file management, reliability.
Social Media Manager (SMM)	Draft engaging posts, manage event countdowns, monitor comments, and coordinate live updates.	Canva/Design tools, copywriting, social media scheduling.
SEO Specialist	Optimize project pages, blog posts, and media metadata to maximize organic search visibility.	Keyword research, on-page SEO, meta tag optimization.
Blog & Content Writer	Write informative articles on the significance of the conference, press releases, and post-event recaps.	SEO writing, research skills, fluent written English/Urdu.

Official Volunteer Certification:

Every verified volunteer who successfully completes their assigned responsibilities through the event lifecycle will receive an Official Certificate of Appreciation from Asloob ul Hayat. This certificate validates your technical contribution, hours served, and professional skill application.
